These terms apply to all users, including parents, guardians, and anyone who uploads photos or creates personalized video stories through our platform.

StorySparrow provides:

• AI-powered personalized video story creation services
• A collection of age-appropriate story adventures
• Photo integration technology to place children in story scenes
• Video delivery via email within 24-48 hours
• Customer support for technical and service questions

Current Pricing:

• $15 USD per personalized story video
• Payment required before video creation begins
• All major credit cards and PayPal accepted
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

Refund Policy: Full refund available if you're not satisfied with your completed video. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund.

When uploading photos, you agree that:

• You own the rights to all uploaded photos or have permission to use them
• Photos contain only appropriate, family-friendly content
• You will not upload photos containing inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material
• Photos are of sufficient quality for AI processing (minimum 300x300 pixels recommended)
• You understand photos will be automatically deleted after video creation

Your Rights:

• You retain ownership of all photos you upload
• You receive unlimited personal use rights to your completed video
• You may share videos with family and friends for personal enjoyment

Our Rights:

• StorySparrow owns all story content, characters, and animations
• Our AI technology and processing methods are proprietary
• We retain rights to improve our services using aggregated, anonymous data

You may not use StorySparrow for:

• Commercial purposes without written permission
• Creating content that is inappropriate, offensive, or harmful
• Uploading photos of people without their consent
• Attempting to reverse-engineer our AI technology
• Reselling or redistributing our videos
• Any illegal or unauthorized purposes

Please understand that:

• AI processing may occasionally produce unexpected results
• Video quality depends partly on uploaded photo quality
• Processing times may vary during high demand periods
• We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate content
• Technical issues may occasionally delay delivery

StorySparrow services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high quality, we cannot guarantee perfect results in every case. Our liability is limited to the cost of your subscription or purchase.
